Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on September 7, 2022 and concluded on September 13, 2022.
There were 20 children present, ranging in ages from infancy to two years old with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and
supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 4 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on observation and interview, the center did not ensure to be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.

Evidence: During the inspection, there was no observation of a carbon monoxide detector at the center. Interview with staff confirmed a carbon monoxide detector was not installed at the center during the inspection.
