An complaint investigation initiated on February 16, 2024 8:15am - 9:56pm and concluded on February 28, 2024. The complaint was in regards to supervision , behavorial guidance and forbidden action. Staff observations, video footage, and staff interviews were conducted. There was not a preponderance of evidence that the center did not comply with regulations . The complaint is deemed not valid.
