An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 01/24/2025 and completed on 1/24/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:25 am and ended at 11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and 5 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and ? measurements.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
