Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using and alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 24, 2022 and concluded on April 1, 2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present directly supervised by 2 staff. The children were transitioning from waking up from resting, diaper changing, and picking up items from nap.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.

Observation of all the lower level of the home was conducted. Space areas were found well maintained, provided ample equipment, toys, art supplies and books, all within reach of the children in care. This allowed the children to freely access the supplies with independence.

The inspector reviewed on two child?s record, two staff record, and one household record.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
