Inspector Notes
A renewal/complaint inspection was initiated on 10/20/2022 and concluded on 10/20/2022. There were a total of 12 children ( 29 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, breakfast, snack, review of letters and days of the week, outdoor play, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel and household members, physical environment, care of children, handwashing, diapering, medication, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 12 child records and 5 caregiver/household member records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1Evidence: The bathroom vanity doors had child locks that had broken and were not preventing access to potentially poisonous substances inside.
