An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/06/2024 and completed on 11/25/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/30/2024 relating to allegations of programs. The inspector reviewed two children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
