Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 06/04/25 and completed on 06/04/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/15/25 relating to allegations of supervision, programs, special care provisions, and special services. The inspector reviewed two children's records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
