Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Thirteen children were present with two staff which is within ratio for supervision. Observed children hand washing, transition to snack (bought from home) and preparation to go outside. Reviewed emergency preparation (frills, first aid kit, injury reports and trainings) as well as records for two children. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The evacuation drill log was missing a drill for October 2022 and was confirmed by the center staff that no drill was practiced in October.
