Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Observed children completing circle time, transition to line up and go to the far basketball area. Reviewed a sample of children's records, medication review, emergency preparation, physical space and nutrition as well as training. Room is well equipped and is dedicated space for the preschool program. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
