Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 9/12/2024 and completed on 9/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 9/4/2024 relating to allegations of Behavioral Guidance, Forbidden Action and Building Maintenance. The inspector reviewed two children?s records and four staff records on-site on 9/12/2024. This inspection included document review and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
