Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts during the COVID 19 pandemic. The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on July 16, 2021. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of staffing, ratio and food. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
