Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/28/2022 and concluded on 9/28/2022. There were57 children directly supervised by 15 staff members. Children were observed arriving to the program, playing with toys and manipulatives.. The physical plant, 3 child records, 4 staff records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of medications, medication authorization for a child's emergency medication has expired.
Evidence: Child #1's medication authorization for a emergency medication expired on 7/26/2022 and has not been renewed.
Plan of Correction: The medication and authorization form will be returned to the parent today until a current medication authorization form can be completed by the physician and parent.
