Inspector Notes

The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 12/5/2022. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of serving expired milk . Staff in 3 separate classrooms have no concerns with the milk. The staff member who prepares the milk into pitchers to take to the classrooms stated that there has never been any spoiled milk. There were 2 gallons of milk in the refrigerator which had a "sell by" date of 12/9/2022. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
