Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 27, 2023, from 9:15am-10:50am. At the time of entrance, ( 57) children were in care with ( 16 ) staff members present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records. Children were observed arriving to the CDC, building blocks, Gymnastics club, letter G art, colors, spelling and outdoor play time. Medications were observed.
Two outdoor climbers are not used by children at this time, per the center Director until proper amount of surfacing is added under and around the equipment. Children are using the big grassy area for outdoor play.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
