Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on March 21, 2024, regarding allegations of physical plant issues. The inspection was initiated and completed on March 22, 2024. The inspector was on site from 9:00am to 9:30 to investigate the allegations. Interviews with staff were completed, observations were made in the center.

The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
