Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/13/2023, between the hours of 10 am to 11:30 am. There were 36 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 12 staff supervising, across 4 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: music, song, movement, infant feeding, tummy time, story time, learning, diapering, hand washing, getting ready for lunch, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 4 children records, and 4 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
