Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:35am-1:05pm. There were 11 children directly supervised by the provider and 1 assistant caregiver. The home, 2 caregiver/household member records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, and playing freely. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
