Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 05/25/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 12 pm. There were 182 preschool children present, with 24 staff supervising across 12 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records along with their medication/authorizations were reviewed. Staff files are reviewed on an annual basis through the PRCS main office in Leesburg. Any violation from the annual review would be issued at that time.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there were (2) two non-compliances with applicable standards. These violations were documented on the Violation Notice issued to the program.
If you should have any questions, please call or send an email to charlie.perkins@doe.virginia.gov. Thank you.
