During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/21/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10 am and ended at 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (183) children present and (26) classroom staff, across (12) groups. The inspector reviewed (10) children?s records on-site on 11/21/2024. Staff records were reviewed electronically on an earlier date as part of the annual review for Loudoun PRCS.

This inspection included: document review (files, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms); tour of the facility; interviews; and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.

A can of spray cleaner and a can of air freshener with warning labels, ?Keep out of reach of children,? were observed not in use within the bathrooms of two separate classrooms. In both cases, the items were stored on an unlocked shelf above each bathroom mirror
