Inspector Notes
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspector conducted in conjunction with a licensing monitoring inspection with the AM supervisor and a covering director beginning at 1:35 PM and ending at 3:58 PM. There were 56 children, ages 2 months through 9 years old, in the care of 8 staff. The children were observed during their resting period; the younger children were napping or laying quietly on cots. The older children were observed painting and working on father?s day projects. Five children?s records and five staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as April 14, 2022. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as April 14, 2022. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as April 15, 2022. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/31/2022.
