Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted with in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Two staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR. Three allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The most
recent lock down drill was documented as 4/15/2022.
