Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on May 23, 2023 beginning at 11:43pm and ending at 2:11pm. There were 69 children, ages 3 months through 5 years old, in the care of 11 direct care staff. The children were observed during nap time. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/13/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 2/20/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/15/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 7/25/2022.
