An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 1/14/2026 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 1/12/2026 relating to allegations of Special care provisions and emergencies, Staffing and Supervision and Special Services. The inspector reviewed 1 child record and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
