Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 5/18/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Upon arrival to the
center two classrooms were napping. One class was having snack, another was participating in free play and the infants were busy exploring on the floor. There were 25 children present with seven staff. Four Staff and five children's
records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy
health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental
inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
