Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/19/2023 between the hours of 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. There were 10 children present directly supervised by the provider and 2 assistant caregivers. The home, 7 caregiver/household member records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed dancing, singing their abc?s and nursery rhymes, and having snack. Handwashing, cleaning and sanitizing were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

2. The menu listed cheerios and milk to be served during snack, children were served apples, crackers, and milk.
