Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. 6 classrooms were in operation with direct care staff in ratio for children. The Director was not onsite during the inspection. Observed children in transitions from lunch to nap time, free play and hand washing. Children bring food from home for lunch. Emergency medication is on-site and authorizations and plans were reviewed. . Reviewed new staff records along with 4 additional staff records, annual staff training, medication training, a total of 6 children's records, emergency preparation drill and additional emergency medication training required. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. A corrective action for each violation was provided at the exit interview of this inspection. This inspection occurred between 11:15am and 1:45pm. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
