A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today. Findings from this inspection reflect regulations separate from the licensing inspection that was also conducted today.

Based on a review of caregiver training documents, it was determined that each caregiver did not complete the annual health and safety update course.
Evidence:
The health and safety update training course was not completed annually by each caregiver. The most recent training was completed on 2/18/2021.
Plan of Correction: We will both do the training this weekend. Moving forward, I now know that the training is required annually.
