Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the administrative staff who were present with 118 children with 14 staff providing supervision. The Licensing Inspector was able to observed the children eating lunch and transition to naptime. For lunch, the children were provided chicken parmesan pasta, green beans, oranges and milk.
Medications were reviewed for 3 children as well as 2 allergy care plans.
The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/15/23 and the health inspection was dated 10/11/23. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
