An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/20/24 . The on-site inspection took place from 1 pm to 2:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 89 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
