Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted February 8, 2023 between 1:10 pm and 2:10pm. There were 4 children present with 2 caregivers supervising within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with various age-appropriate toys, diapering procedures, and preparing for naptime. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, medication, fire drill log, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the programs.
