Children were observed playing with various age-appropriate toys, eating snack, diapering, handwashing and bottle feeding. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A total of 4 child records and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, nutrition, special care and emergencies. There was no medication on-site at the time of inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, contact the Licensing Inspector, Sheila Nelson at sheila.nelson@ doe.virginia.gov.
