Inspector Notes
A Code compliance inspection was conducted today. A total of 40 children with 8 staff were observed in four classrooms. Each classroom was observed along with the area on the lower level where children have snack and where lunch bunch gathers. The children were engaged in morning programming activities. In one classroom children were observed gluing on sunflower seeds onto a painted sunflower. Sensory tables were available for children to explore tactile material. Some children were observed making bird feeders out of cheerios and string. Observation of the bathroom, a discussion on bathroom procedures as it relates to maintaining ratios was held and a walk through the outdoor playground was conducted. A total of 4 staff and 4 children's files were reviewed. All required posting was verified. This inspection was conducted between 10:15am and 11:15am.
