Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10 am to 11 am. There were 5 children (12 points) with 1 caregiver. The children were observed playing with age appropriate puzzles, soft toys, and color recognition toys. There were no medications on site. One caregiver and two household member records were reviewed, along with emergency drill records.
