Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today with all 10 classes in ratio with direct care staff. Observed children transitioning to lunch, time on the playground and circle time. Lunch served was chicken nuggets, cornbread, apples and milk. All emergency preparation is current, Reviewed a sample of files (children, staff and a volunteer), training certificates and physical space. Ten staff have Medication Administration Training (MAT), all staff have daily health and First Aid/CPR. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
