Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today. A total of 83 children were present. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff. Observed six classrooms, physical space, a sample or child and staff records, medication on-site, nutrition, emergency preparation and training.
Background checks for a new Board Officer were reviewed to process the renewal application. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
