Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. Nine classrooms were in operation with direct care staff in ratio. Observed children taking nap in the classrooms. Classrooms are well equipped and maintained with materials and equipment. Reviewed a sample of staff and children's files, medication on-site, trainings, emergency preparation and nutrition (lunch served today was meatball subs, fruit and salad). Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please be aware that the plan of correction must be provided within 5 days of receipt of the inspection notes if you want it displayed on the website. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
