Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site subsidy inspection was initiated on March 20, 2025, and completed on March 20, 2025, as a part of the current licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:00am and ended at 1:30pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 133 children present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, postings review, tour of the facility and playgrounds, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
