An unannounced inspection was initiated on March 20, 2025 and completed on March 21, 2025 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 13, 2025 relating to allegations of abuse. The inspector reviewed 1 child file and 1 staff file on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
