Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/18/2023 from 3:15 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. The focus of the inspection was to determine (i) whether the provider had corrected or is in the process of correcting previously cited violations in the areas of standards or laws referenced above, and (ii) to determine if the provider remains in compliance with all provisions of the Consent Agreement, effective July 13, 2023, that was made between the Department and the provider in lieu of the enforcement action stated in the Notice of Summary Suspension and Statement of Facts issued to the provider June 23, 2023.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
