Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated on June 9, 2024, and completed on June 23, 2025, with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 3, 2025, relating to allegations in the area of Programs. The inspector reviewed one child?s records, and one staff record on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
