Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on August 5, 2025 completed on August 15, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on August 5, 2025 relating Programs. This inspection included interviews and observation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Behavior guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflict.
On August 5, 2025, Child #1 (two years old) was taking toys away from other children. To correct the behavior, Staff #1 stood beside the child and used their foot to hold Child #1 down on the ground while the child was crying and saying ?No?.
