An unannounced, on-site inspection was initiated on March 9, 2026 completed on March 9, 2026in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on March 5, 2026 relating to allegations of Administration and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies as a part of the provisional licensure period. The inspector reviewed one children?s records on-site. This inspection included document review and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
