This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

An annual inspection was initiated on 11/29/2021 and concluded on 2/22/2022. There were 0 children present with 3 staff supervising. Religious exempt requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Plan of Correction: Searches were returned 3/14/2022 due to one having wrong colored ink and one being sent back tomorrow 3/16/2022.
