Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
This inspection was initiated and concluded on 02/01/2022. The Center Manager was contacted and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 65 preschool age children present, with 16 staff supervising, in a total of 7 rooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication (no meds on site); special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records were reviewed. Staff certifications were reviewed for all 20 staff. Staff background checks, qualifications, and training hours are reviewed annually through the main PRCS office located in Leesburg.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
