An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated along with Licensing Inspector Sharon Allen on 08/28/2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding a forbidden action and center policies and procedures. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
