Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/9/2023 from 2:48 pm to 3:47 pm and staff records were reviewed at the main office on 2/28/2023 from 1:55 pm to 2:22 pm. There were 13 children in care, ages 5 years to 10 years of age in one group under the care of three staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed four children?s records and three staff records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete. The children were observed doing homework, handwashing, and having a snack.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
