An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 5/2/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:30 am and ended at 10:55 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present with 3 staff. The inspector reviewed children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included
document review, tour of the facility, interviews observations
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1Staff A, who has been employed at the program for approximately 9 months , did not have documentation of requestion a central registry check, criminal history search or sex offender search for a different state.
