Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 3/10/2026. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 11:35 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 13 children present with 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The program is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.
Staff A who has been employed for approximately one month , did not have documentation of requesting a Central Registry check or sex offender search for a different state.
