Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was completed on Monday, October 23, 2023 from 10:31 am until 1:09 pm at the center. There were 65 children present, ranging in ages from infants to five with 13 staff including administrative supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children in care engaged in active play on the floor, diapering by staff, completing activities with magnets, participating in outdoor playground activity, completing bathroom breaks/handwashing, and transitioning indoor to prepare for lunch. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, medications, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 6 children records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
