A complaint inspection was initiated on October 23, 2023 from 1:09 pm until 1:40 pm and completed on November 3, 2023 regarding concerns of staffing and supervision. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
